Customers are responsible for the cost of returns on all order outside the USA. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Sole Parts, you can return your qualifying item(s) for a full refund (excluding shipping) within 40 days of purchase. Returns must be undamaged with the original labels and packaging. Returned merchandise that does not satisfy these requirements may not qualify for a refund. 

Effective 5/1/2024 - The following items will incur a 40% restocking fee due to an increased rate of damaged returns on these items.

3 Treadmill Consoles

Expedited shipping costs such as "overnight or 2nd day air shipping"  will be refunded at the regular ground rate.
